This $6.50 is for the CD that we place your program on, the envelope and postage necessary to mail it to you in and our clerk's time to create your label, past it on the envelope and to take it to the post office. Our ability to offer this program to Pet Assure members free is dependant on the very low fee for shipping and handling. This shipping and handling amount is only an estimate it may be necessary to raise this fee in the future. If we determine it to be to low we reserve the right to change this fee at any time.
