Year after year a family will thank you for providing the means for them to maintain the health records and other information for and about their children. In fact, it maintains records and provides information for the whole family. There is a free form area that is just perfect to allow you to enter all the medication a person takes along with all the necessary instructions that the doctor gave you on taking it. Another wonderful idea here are "fill-in" family forms. These forms include a "baby-sitting" form. You just fill in the blanks to let the baby-sitter know where you are going to be, how they can get in touch with you. Who else they can call, if you are unavailable when an emergency occurs. Even your doctors name and phone number or the hospital you approve of of in care of a real emergency. Everything, will be right there for the baby-sitter so that they will be prepared for anything that could arise. There is a form for your pre-school to allow them to sign for emergency treatment that may be required by a doctor, if you were not available and action needed to be taken right-a-way. The user's manual is on-line within the "Help File." Anytime your customer has a question all they need do is click on help on the opt menu or press the <F!> key from anywhere in the program. There are several medical programs on the market today however, most if not all only provide information for you to look-up sicknesses or diseases. Nothing to allow you or anyone to put-in, maintain or get out information about a specific person in their family. That makes this program different and unique to the industry and a valuable program for you to provide to your prospective customers and clients. Your advertising is displayed each time the program starts so your customers are reminded and can see your name and your pictures along with the information how to contact you. Your advertising can not be removed from the program and when copies are made your advertising goes along with each one. After the program starts you are going to decide to enter a new name into the program or update someone who you have already entered into the program. From your advertising screen just click on either button, "Create a New File," or "Open an Existing File." (Please see the above picture.) If a person has already been entered into this program their name will appear on the "Available Records:" Just click on a name and it will appeal on the upper left box signifying that you have selected that named file to be opened.
Click on the button "Get Information." to open the file and continue with the program. Once you have selected a person's records to work on the following screen will be displayed.
As you can see above, your choices are "Your Information" which is the general information about you like "your full name," "date of birth," "age," "sex," "Blood Type", "Blood RH Factor," who you work for, your insurance company and your insurance policy number. That screen is not displayed here to cut down on this screen's load time. You can also choose to go to the Vaccination Information screen, the Misc. Information screen, print a report of everything entered into this program. You can also cancel working with this person and return to the Select Individual file screen or just exit the program. Another choices you have are available from the menu bar, under Family Forms where you can have printed any of the forms offered. The forms print so that you just enter the necessary to completely them and they're ready to go. There are also Immunization Information and Help, which includes a full on-line catalog.
