Below are the main screens that are available within the Medical Records and Information program.
You just click on any of the vaccinations that this person, (file), has had on this screen. When you have completed selecting the vaccinations then just click on "Enter or update Detail Information." This will take you to another screen where you can enter more information about each vaccination. You will be presented, one at a time, each vaccination that you have just clicked on for it's information. (see the next screen) If you wish to see more information on any of the Vaccinations listed just click the button "Vaccination General Information," which will take you to a screen which will provide you information about this vaccination. If you need or require more information than what is available in this program, may we suggest the web site, -www.webmd.com- as a good source of additional medical information.
You will be presented a Detail Information of Vaccinations screen, for each of the vaccinations you checked on the Vaccination History screen above.
