There are many Home Inventory programs available today. Everyone should have an inventory of their possessions because of possible thefts or disasters which can happen at any time. This is true whether you own or rent your home. Whether you live in a house, apartment or condominium. Why then is it that most people DO NOT have an inventory of their possessions? Some of the reasons we have heard are, "I was going to do it but never got to it before the fire" and "the one on the computer is too difficult to use so I put it aside, then we were robbed." We have tried to create and target our program to get around, at least, these two reasons, plus more, and what you can do to help your prospective customers and community by providing a free copy of this program to them. The current price per unit is currently less than a nice calendar and less than most mid priced ranged pens. You can assist your prospective customers and community by providing a means to accomplish an inventory of their precious belongings by giving "Your Program" to your prospects and clients. You will have helped them to begin the process of creating an inventory. You have also spread your advertising into many homes. Second, we created this program to be direct and very, very easy to use. Many people have told us that because it is a "simple" program, it's the only inventory program they use. All this program does is maintain a record of your customers possessions. People using the program are not confused by having many other utilities, functions and games to distract them from completing their inventory. And once the data is stored your customers have the ability to print out sorted reports for insurance companies or your local police departments if needed. They also have the ability to create a data back-up on diskette and are suggested to take that back-up diskette and place it into their safe deposit box or at least store it in another location besides their home. The reason is, if a theft were to occur their computer would probably be one of the first items taken. And if there was a fire, the computer would sustain damage, if not from the fire or smoke, then from the water used to put the fire out. All that is needed to restore their data and obtain a report is to get another copy of the program from you and install it on any computer where then can restore the data from their data back up disk. What happens when the program starts! When the program first starts. The first thing your customers see are your advertising screens. You will have displaying one or two screens, the first is usually in the form of your business card which could include your business name, your name, address, phone, a picture of yourself or other information desired and a company slogan. The second screen usually contains more information, for example, what you can do for your clients, why they should select you and your business over any other, and some background information. It's also possible to have another picture on this second screen. Each time your prospects purchases something new, of value, they will insert it into Your Home Inventory program and see your advertising with your picture. A BONUS! Each home inventory program, when it starts and your advertising is displayed, offers access to a mortgage calculator! The mortgage calculator is a free addition and doesn't cost you any extra to have it on your program. Here are two screens showing the 1st of two screens of each program. On the 1st screen there are extra (optional) buttons that allow for extended information that can be presented to their customers and prospective customers. Note that the 2nd picture offers the Mortgage Calculator on your advertising screen. This is the standard opening / your advertising screens. The person using this program can choose, by clicking a button, to pause the changing screens, start the mortgage calculator or begin Your Home Inventory program.
